I started thinking in my head poetry as a way of communicating at an early age, but it was in my teens that I started writing down my thoughts mostly in English. My vocabulary was expanding, and my emotional understandings were given their rightful place. This way of expression made me not only absorbed into my own inner world but also increased my levels of happiness and connection with the people who were resonating on the same wavelength or those who wanted to connect to this state of being.
